Special Needs Jungle lists 20 SEND legal rights at risk from reforms

Special Needs Jungle says 20 current legal entitlements for children with SEND are at risk of being removed or diluted by Government reforms. It lists concerns including changes to EHCP eligibility, standardised Specialist Provision Packages, and reduced rights to appeal over EOTAS. It says the EOTAS consultation is still live.
