Your price is based on the number of people in your Forum. Until 31 December 2026, every tier is available at one-third of the standard price. Standard pricing begins on 1 January 2027.
Every forum also starts with a 3-month free trial.

Parent carers use Forum for free
Parent carers join their local forum, use the member app, receive updates and notifications, answer questions and forms, follow workstreams and take part in their forum, all for free.
The subscription is paid by the Parent Carer Forum.
How do you count members?
Your tier is based on the number of people who hold a membership of your forum in Forum.
Everyone with a membership is counted, from parent carers to administrators, steering group members and representatives. One price covers your whole forum.
What happens if our membership grows?
Reaching more parent carers is the point, so invite as many as you can. When your forum grows into the next band, its subscription moves to that tier.
We will talk that change through with you first, so you always know what your forum pays before anything changes.
