Survey finds PIP fails to cover disabled people's extra costs

A survey of about 2,000 disabled people in England, Northern Ireland and Wales, run by Disability Rights UK, the Commission on Social Security and Toynbee Hall, found 16 per cent said personal independence payment (PIP) covered all their additional disability-related costs, while 24 per cent said it covered very little or none.
