Special Needs Jungle and SOS!SEN write to Lucy Powell over SEND reforms

Special Needs Jungle and SOS!SEN, a SEND legal charity, have sent an open letter to Education Secretary Lucy Powell warning that proposed changes would remove disabled children's appeal rights.
